Organized ByWorld Trade Developers Inc.Registration, verification and invitation-letter information for eligible international participants attending the 2027 conference in Toronto.
International participants with a genuine business or professional purpose connected to the conference may request a letter after completing the correct registration, paying the applicable fee and providing the information required for verification. Payment or a request does not automatically entitle anyone to a letter.
A complete request is normally reviewed within 7–10 business days after payment, document submission and verification. This is an administrative target, not a guarantee.
Legal passport name, birth date, nationality, residence, passport details and identification page, contact details, photograph and proposed travel dates.
Position, employer, business profile, registration details, website, role, attendance purpose, relevant sectors and meeting objectives. Additional evidence or clarification may be requested.
Submit sensitive documents only through a process confirmed by the organizing team; avoid public social media and unsecured messages.
The organizer may check identity, employment, company registration, business activity and consistency of submitted documents, and may request an interview or further evidence. A request may be refused or a letter withdrawn if information is missing, false, inconsistent or unverifiable, payment fails, a person does not respond, or fraud or misuse is suspected.
An approved letter may state your identity, organization, purpose, dates, event location, registration and responsibility for expenses. It does not grant immigration status, sponsorship, meetings or commercial results. If IRCC provides an event code, it may be shared privately with verified eligible registrants; a code does not guarantee approval. Do not alter or transfer a letter. Request a correction from the organizer with supporting evidence.
Determine whether you need a visitor visa or eTA using the official Government of Canada guidance. Apply truthfully through IRCC, disclose relevant history, pay government fees and respond to its requests. World Trade Developers Inc. does not act as an immigration representative or prepare or influence applications. Unless separately agreed in writing, attendees pay for travel, accommodation, insurance, meals and other expenses. Avoid non-refundable travel bookings before receiving required authorization.
Completed event registrations are final, non-transferable and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise, including if a visa is refused or delayed. Review the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy before submitting information.
